Homeowner Application

Paint-A-Thon welcomes referrals and accepts applications from all eligible homeowners.  To be considered, completed applications must be received by early May of each year. Selected homeowners are notified by mail in early July of each year.

To qualify, the applicant must meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be 60 years old or older, or have a permanent physical disability.
• Applicants must own and live in the home. The home must be a single-family home (no duplexes).
• The home must be located in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington counties.
• The home must be in need of paint.
• The exterior of the house cannot be in need of major repairs.

The monthly household income cannot exceed 200% of federal poverty level. See page 2 of the current application (link below) for the income limits.
