Homeowner Application
Homeowners must meet low-income guidelines, and homes are inspected and ranked in terms of need.
To be considered all homeowner applications for the 2009 Paint-A-Thon must be received by May 8, 2009.
Selected homeowners will be notified by mail no later than July 14, 2009.
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- The home must be located in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington counties.
- The home must be owned by persons 60 years old or older, or by persons with a permanent physical disability.
- The home must be a single-family home, and occupied by the owner.
- The home must be structurally sound.
- The home must be in need of paint.
- The exterior of the house cannot be in need of major repairs.
- The monthly household income cannot exceed $1,735 for one person, $2,335 for two people, $2,935 for three people. $3,535 for four people, and $4,135 for five people.
