In order to make the most appropriate match possible, please complete the following information:

Paint-A-Thon attempts to serve those homes in greatest need of paint. As we match you to a home, we take into consideration the geographic region in which you prefer to work. The broader your geographic area of preference, the easier it is for Paint-A-Thon to make a good match.

By submitting this form, I agree that in consideration of my voluntary participation in the Metro Paint-A-Thon, which is a charitable event, I release on behalf of myself and my legal representatives, heirs, and assigns, Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches and cosponsors Jewish Community Relations Council and St. Paul Area Council of Churches and all other sponsoring organizations (including their officers, directors, employees, members and agents, successors and assigns) and all other volunteers and homeowner participants from all damages, claims, actions, liabilities and costs which I or anyone on behalf of me may claim to have arising out of my participation in this event and all activities related to it.
